Sites A1 and A2 [Site A2 is Under Offer] Each site comprises one acre and is full connected to electricity and water supplies. Cable or wireless broadband internet can also be installed upon request. Each building will occupy 10,000 square feet and will be 7 meters high at the eaves. It will therefore be able to accommodate a large internal crane mounted on a rail. Please note that the steelwork has already been erected and this will enable entry to be taken with minimal delay. Site C This half-acre site is now available for let. We propose constructing a medium sized unit (office / workshop combination) with a design that meets your business needs. We have already prepared drawings that demonstrate what is possible and would be pleased to discuss these with you.
